Правила и условия
1 Виды подарочных карт: виртуальная и пластиковая. Виртуальная подарочная карта ЦУМа полностью аналогична тем, что продаются в универмаге. Она принимается к оплате как в интернет-магазине tsum.ru, так и в ЦУМе. После внесения предоплаты на ваш номер телефона придет sms с PIN-кодом, а на почту - письмо с номером карты и штрих-кодом, сразу после этого картой можно расплачиваться в интернет-магазине. Данные карты можно передавать друзьям и родным для выбора подарка на www.tsum.ru.
2 Оплата карты. Клиенты из Москвы и других городов могут купить подарочные карты ЦУМа, заказав курьерскую доставку или оформив самовывоз. При этом, в зависимости от номинала и региона доставки оплатить подарочные карты можно наличными, банковскими картами Visa и MasterCard с помощью мобильного терминала при получении или по предоплате на сайте.
3 Доставка подарочной карты. В день оплаты все необходимые данные для использования виртуальной подарочной карты будут высланы на указанную вами электронную почту. Сроки доставки пластиковой подарочной карты аналогичны срокам доставки заказов интернет-магазина. Узнать подробности о правилах и времени доставки можно здесь. 4 правила использова ния подарочных карт:
Пластиковая карта
Для использования пластиковой подарочной карты в интернет-магазине tsum.ru ее необходимо активировать. Активация карты происходит после того, как карта доставляется покупателю и в личном кабинете появляется статус заказа «Доставлено». Только после этого картой можно расплатиться онлайн, введя ее номер и PIN код. Если номинала карты недостаточно для оплаты онлайн-заказа, то разницу можно оплатить банковской картой.
Виртуальная карта
Виртуальная подарочная карта автоматически активируется сразу после внесения предоплаты. Если номинала карты недостаточно для оплаты онлайн-заказа, разницу можно доплатить с помощью банковской карты.
5 Срок действия подарочной карты. Карта действительна 12 месяцев со дня активации. Для виртуальных карт это день оплаты, для пластиковых — день получения карты.
